Join us at the San Diego and Hawaii Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s annual meeting and volunteer celebration, which will be held Tuesday, April 16 at 6:30 PM PDT at the Stonecrest Outdoor Courtyard (9635 Granite Ridge Drive, San Diego). During this special gathering, we will celebrate all our community has accomplished this year, honor local award winners, and reflect on the extraordinary progress we’ve made in 2023 as we continue advancing our efforts to cure cystic fibrosis.
