As a parent, spouse, grandparent or caregiver of someone living with CF, you're invited to enjoy baseball, food, drinks, and meaningful connection and community!
CF Foundation Cares is a casual gathering where those who are caring for people with cystic fibrosis can find support by connecting with fellow members of the CF community. It is a place to have candid conversations, make lasting friendships, and discover new ways to navigate the CF journey. It is a place of encouragement and hope.
This is a free event with limited space. Please see attendance policy. Each attendee must register individually. Let's support one another, share experiences, and enjoy a fun night out together!
