Please join us for our first CFF 101 virtual community meeting. This is an opportunity for new volunteers, as well as seasoned volunteers, to learn more about all the programs and resources CFF can provide. Our support programs are evolving year over year and we always have something new to share.
We will explore all the programs and resources available to you and your family. We will highlight initiatives and fundraising events. There will also be an opportunity for Q&A and to meet other CF families in South Carolina
CF Foundation Cares is a casual gathering where those who are caring for people with cystic fibrosis can find support by connecting with fellow members of the CF community. It is a place to have candid conversations, make lasting friendships, and discover new ways to navigate the CF journey. It is a place of encouragement and hope.
