The Southeast Florida Chapter welcomes you to join us for a happiness hour on Monday, August 15th at 6 PM ET hosted by CF Adult, Ace Collins from the Western PA Chapter.
Happiness Hours are an opportunity for the CF Adult population to come together and create connections in a safe environment. Lead and hosted by CF adults for CF adults.
CF Foundation Cares is a casual gathering where those who are caring for people with cystic fibrosis can find support by connecting with fellow members of the CF community. It is a place to have candid conversations, make lasting friendships, and discover new ways to navigate the CF journey. It is a place of encouragement and hope.
Open only for people with cystic fibrosis. Must be 18+ to join.
