Join the CF community to celebrate the progress we made in 2023, honor our community leaders and find out where we are going in 2024! During this special gathering, we will honor award winners, reflect on milestones reached this past year and hear from our local and national community leaders and care team. Enjoy dinner and drinks, while we celebrate our progress and community together.

We are excited to honor a CF Fighter at our event who will be receiving the CF Star Award. Because we will be in an indoor setting, we will have a virtual viewing option for Fighter's in our community so they can participate.
