CF Foundation Cares Dinner - La Mesa

Please join the San Diego and Hawaii Chapter for our CF Foundation Cares Dinner at BJ’s Restaurant in La Mesa. This dinner is free of charge and is not a fundraising event. Shannon Dulawan, a parent of a teenager living with CF, will be our event host.
 
CF Foundation Cares are casual gatherings for CF families and caregivers to connect, share stories and talk about what works for them and ask questions of others. Our goal is to celebrate, support, and encourage those who are caring for people living with CF while providing a place to have candid conversations, make lasting friendships, and discover new ways to navigate the CF journey. This event is not a support group but is supportive.
